Weber, who attended the event, spoke on a variety of issues facing the 3rd Congressional District, but reminded the crowd of how important it is to support Obama.
"One hundred and fifty years ago, a man came out of Illinois to put the pieces back together - his name was Abraham Lincoln," Weber said. "One hundred and fifty years later another man comes out of Illinois to put the pieces back together - his name is Barack Obama."
